Another Designer Skyline

So here I am! I guess I disappeared after the last entry, but do not fret, for I am back! I had a lot going on. Animal Collective was pretty fun. Grouper lip-synced but it was nice anyway. She looked fucking tired and was only opening. :) Animal Collective was some cool shit though. The whole place reeked of cloves and psychedelic drug use and the lights were mesmerizing. I danced my heart out and got totally drenched, believe it or not.
Day after was prom. That was pretty fun in a weird, unconventional way. We got there and all hung out outside at first, even after the doors opened they had to encourage us a ton to go inside and stay inside. As is to be expected of EK kids, nobody really danced until an hour in and we all hovered around the corners of the room. Got my picture with Riley and I gave another $6 for Sherandra and Cody to get their photos together. :) Riley stayed over after prom, I took Sherandra and Carly home afterward and CJ ended up getting drunk at Nick's after-party. Apparently their after-party was totally bombed (as we suspected it would be.)
There really wasn't much afterward but my realization I wouldn't be at EK anymore and it was actually real. Not seeing these kids anymore. I spent the second to last week cramming on extra credit to pass English. I spent all of Thursday night and Friday morning doing a massive packet on sentence diagramming and writing a 2 page essay contrasting the differences between the novel Flowers for Algernon and the film loosely based off the book, Charly. It was strenuous, I shit you not. I didn't finish the packet but I barely skated into a D to pass English. Relief. Oh god, you have no idea. On Tuesday of the last week it was totally fucking boring. We cleaned for and hour in the morning and then got our yearbooks. I had a bunch of kids sign mine and Riley ended up drawing a penis in the back of mine on the same page Mrs. Kinoshita signed on. :| Good thing I had Kino sign first, eh? That day was ridiculously boring, though. On Wednesday were awards. I won nothing. Even though I was nominated for 8 awards they were won by Kyle, Xoli, CJ, and Amelia. Go figure. That was thoroughly boring. I texted CJ the whole time from across the room. After that we watched Repo! The Genetic Opera in Quinn's room. Heh heh. :) It was soooooo bad, I loved it. And Cody really liked it, too. Hahaha.
I stayed over at Ann's on Wednesday night. We played some seriously flaming dress-up, it was scary. Ann had a faux-velvet shiny pink leotard from first grade that she slit down to the crotch and I put that on with a pink bowed waist cinch. It was so ugly. :D Ann wore a blue poncho over her head and her blue jacket. We looked absolutely ridiculous. Like, the combination of stuff we put on was so fugly. Then I taught Ann how to MySpace camwhore. Haha. Fun night.
In the morning we got up, got dressed, and walked to Ann's mom's house to be taken to school for the field trip at the park. I didn't take any pictures there because I didn't want to get my camera wet. :) It was totally epic. We took overthrew middle school off the playground in an epic battle with water guns and water bottle grenades. Hosnap. Cody and I got burnt, though. Ehh.
On Friday was Cody's graduation and stuff. We went to school for the first part of the day, most of which was spent playing games and fucking around with Brina's keyboard. Lina and I had a blast. Haha. I took a little while seeing who wanted to come to lunch with me and James since he was carpooling to graduation with us, but we ended up going to Blueberry Hill with Quinn, Lina, Ann, Brina, Miss Claire, and Grace. :) The waitresses were keeping an eye on Quinn and Lina since they were about to get us kicked out of the restaurant flinging food at each other. Of course. ;) But it was pretty awesome. We all talked about Resident Evil, aliens, evolution, and vegetarianism. Cool shit. Quinn payed even though we had our own money so we decided we're going to get him a big hot air balloon (Lina's idea.)
We ended up racing Quinn down an empty street to graduation... It was intense. Worst driving you'd ever witness. Haha. In one car (Deadend) was Grace, James, and Quinn, and in the other was me, Ann, Lina, Brina, and Miss Claire. Oh man. We all flipped off Quinn as we sped up and tailed him as he swerved in and out of traffic.
Graduation was sad, but there was ridiculous music. Stuff I don't want to go into. Just keep in mind the cake is NOT a lie.
Before Cody's graduation party me and Riley and James all went to buy Cody graduation gifts. :) It was pretty awesome. I got Cody bubbles, a dinosaur, and a massive sidewalk chalk kit, Riley got him a bear, James got him a cane, and we all got him a card (not plural, we got him one card.) The card was an audio card, theme- Oh! The Places You'll Go! Mmm, Dr. Seuss. We all died when I played it over and over in the car. Haha.

We got to Cody's house; The Browder family, David, Sherandra, Andrew, and Ann were already there, but Jake came a little after us. Sat in a corner with CJ talking to other areas of the room, got up, went outside. We hung out in the back yard for a long time and raided Cody's bedroom. I could seriously picture him smiling while he was putting all of his action figures up. It was so funny. :D There's a room in the backyard that is detached from the house and we spent most of the afternoon up until going to and after coming back from the park in there. We ended up playing Truth or Dare and Cody, Riley, and Sherandra bowed out and everyone but me picked truth. I just ended up kissing Ann. :| And somehow we got into a really big discussion about masturbation and Cody came back in the room and left after hearing the topic. Haha. I finally left the room to go hang out with them and of course, everyone else follows. We chatted for a while and then we colored and CJ and I looked through eachother's phone pictures. Went home. Cried. Slept. Since then I haven't done much interesting but planned for the Rise Against show in July. I also bought me some sunglasses earlier today and they're pretty sexy.
